Refund policy

At Rivtria, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully created and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer error. However, if something is not right with your order due to an error on our part, our team is here to help and will work with you to find the best solution.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. A refund or replacement is only eligible in the event of a mistake from our side or a defective item upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rivtria.com and include:

REFUNDS

Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will notify you and proceed with the appropriate resolution. When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at hello@rivtria.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
